Summary: HB 2337 makes numerous changes to the statutes regarding liquor licensing including changes to board composition, public input at Board hearings, revises the definition and process for acquisition of control, and a host of other issues.

League Position: NEUTRAL - This bill expands the list of health conditions that are presumed to arise from employment in public safety for the purposes of workers' compensation claims by adding 12 additional types of cancers to the list of conditions that are presumed to be a result of employment as a firefighter.
