Summary: This bill requires a city or town to adopt and enforce ordinances identical to rules adopted by ADOT relating to oversize or overweight commercial vehicles but allows for those same cities or towns to adopt ordinances relating to infrastructure restrictions, route restrictions and time of day restrictions. ADOT must notify the Overdimensional Permit Council of these ordinances and rules in a timely manner.
