Pension Funding Policy
House Bill (HB) 2097 from the 2018 Legislative Session requires all governing bodies (city/town council) participating in the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) to establish a Pension Funding Policy and post that policy on the governing body's (city/town council) website.
